Our base is made out of dry-kiln hardwood with a pocket spring suspension system. We use strong materials that lasts years.

We design products in Nelson, BC and manufacture them in Vietnam. We originally started making furniture in Canada but due to instable economic policies such as nationwide labor disputes among many others, we moved production overseas. Moving production to Vietnam is the only way we can guarantee consistent production.

Here's the best way to care for your Luun Cloud Sofa.

SPOT CLEANING:

1. Mix WHITE dish soap only, with water in a small bowl.
2. Use a WHITE rag only to gently wipe and clean the spotted area. Only utilize WHITE soap and a WHITE rag to prevent potential damage from dyes. Example, DO NOT use a red rag and/or green dish soap.
3. For tougher dirt spots, harness the power of hydrogen peroxide and give a good scrub.

MACHINE WASHING:

1. Remove the  covers. The base covers do not need to be washed very often, mostly only the seat covers and ottoman cover.

2. Use cold water and a front-loading, NON-AGITATOR washing machine.

3. Opt for a mild, natural, white or clear detergent, such as Method or 7th Generation.

4. Do not use bleach.

5. Air dry only for optimal results.

PLEASE NOTE: Every breed of animal is different. Animals that aggressively bite or claw, may damage the integrity of the fabric.

A Few Big Distinctions:

- The quality of the 7th Avenue fabrics do not compare to the softness and comfort of Luun.

- 7th Avenue’s seating comfort is extremely different, as they use only stiff foam materials.

- 7th Avenue does not manufacture the sides and tops, of each modular piece, with 3-6 inches of foam. In fact, they barely use 1/2" inch of foam. We use 6 inches of foam - there is no real comparison between the two products.

A Few Big Distinctions:

- The price of a RH couch is almost 4 times higher.

- Luun uses a chenille performance fabric and RH uses a linen performance fabric. Although we love linen upholstery fabric, it's not a great option for heavy use furniture like a cloud couch. Linen isn't as strong and it stretches making the sofa look really messy after a few months. Our fabric is much more resilient and robust.

- Luun cushions use proprietary foam as an insert whereas RH doesn't use an insert. The main difference is that the RH couch requires more fluffing for it to stay nice. Luun cushions pop right back after use so you never need to do much maintenance.

For the warranty to apply, the product must have been used for its intended purpose and undergone normal use. Products are not covered by warranty if used for commercial purposes, have been modified, or if the defect has been caused by excessive wear and tear, or an accident.

Although our fabrics are the best stain resistant performance fabrics available in the world today, they are not stain proof. Please be cautious with turmeric, red sauce, markers, dyes, and items of clothing, like blue jeans. These and other common sense items, not mentioned, may leave permanent stains.

In this instance, the warranty is not valid. Luun cloud sofas intended use is for sitting on the seat cushions only.

The cushion covers are removable and can be cleaned. The rest of the fabric is upholstered and is not removable. We made this design decision because slipcovers look loose and messy.

Absolutely not! Our performance fabrics are the highest grade fabrics ever made. There’s absolutely no pilling, fading, yellowing or discoloration.
